We still don’t leave you alone after we find you a job. We are there to support you after job placement for 6 months of active weekly meetings to get help and questions answered. Then you are always a member of our alumni Facebook group to help each other daily!

They all must go through our training which is a 7-month course to graduate. Our course is not just another online training either, they have assignments and will get kicked out if they do not complete all assignments within 4 months.

Who We Are & Why We Do This

Hi, I’m Hannah, Co-Founder of Midnight Marketing Academy and a business owner like you. I knew early on that time is money, and I wanted to hire someone but wasn’t ready or sure how to do that yet.

When I was finally in the place to hire, I had already grown my business and had success. It was time to buy my time back. I had seen others in my position trying to hire without success having VA after VA not work out.

I knew that I was not going to hire talent the same way they did. They were looking for the cheapest person and going through recruiters that would take a portion of the VAs hourly rate.

I decided to put a job post out, asking for a VA with no experience, only a desire to learn, and a hunger to grow.

I got replies from people interested and skeptical. Who hires for a position and asks for ZERO experience?

I was that person! I knew that Marketing is teachable, and I was hiring for a growth mindset, not a robot. After one recommendation, a conversation, and sample work, I made my hire.

I hired Raymund and he was the BEST business decision I ever made.

The first couple of weeks after hiring Raymund, my job did get harder. I was now doing my work plus training him to do it. He was my first employee, and I was figuring out how to be a leader and delegate work.

But after 2 months, Raymund was now taking care of 75% of my workload. Freeing up my time to focus on the business and grow.

As time went on, those same people that had problems finding talent were now asking me to find them a Raymund!
